I write for musical theater and I need help finding software...?

I am looking for a software that will allow me to write scripts and write music all in one software. I currently use Final Draft 7 for writing scripts and Finale 2008 for writing music, but the more music that i writer per show, the more confused I get in the story line. Sometimes it gets to the point where I have excess amounts of music that doesn't fit with the script. Can anyone recommend a single software that will keep all of my work together in one software.

1. Hi Zac, you're currently using the best software developed for both. You can enter your lyrics on Finale and as you're developing the story line try to keep the music in mind. If you have excess music consider it a bonus. Sometimes you need music to bridge from one song to the next or for scene changes within an act. If you feel that you're overwhelmed by the whole thing take a step back and get someone you trust to look at the score. A fresh eye is often very useful.
